  • The ‘Book an Appointment’ button at the top of the page will take you to my online booking site. It will prompt you to create a profile to be able to secure a time slot. You will always receive a confirmation email for booked appointments. If you need assistance with booking please reach out to alisongracermt@gmail.com.

  • Yes! I have worked with folks through all stages of pregnancy for many years, and I am also a birth doula.

  • Yes, I treat children of all ages. Parental consent is always required for treatment, and a parent or guardian must attend the appointment with their child.

  • If someone is accompanying you there is a lovely coffee shop just below the space that they may visit while you have your appointment. Exceptions include parents/guardians for pediatric appointments, or anyone requiring support for physical or mental health needs.

  • I do not directly bill your insurance company. You will be provided with an electronic receipt upon payment that has all of the information needed for reimbursement if you have coverage.

  • I am a paperless business! I accept Interac e-transfer, Visa, or Mastercard. An electronic receipt is sent to the email address that you provide on file.

  • I do not accept tips. If you had a great experience, referring a friend or family member would be appreciated instead!
